Buteyko breathing technique
workshop with Marie-Louise from Holland
The Buteyko method is a breathing technique which improves
the uptake of
oxygen and thus the whole metabolic system of the body.
Known respiratory
problems as astma, bronchitis, sleep apnoea can be relieved
by a better way of
breathing. But also stress, chronic fatigue, weight problems
and
hyperventilation will be ameliorated. Meditation and yoga
are based upon
breathing, but the proper way of handling the respiratory
is often overlooked.
Marie Louise Ambrosius will be in Stockholm to give a Buteyko
breathing
course from 24 sept. You can attend a free lecture for 1
hour in the first day
and the course will be given from 24- 28 september. The
course takes five days
in which you will be given teachings each evening. participants
require 20 – 30
minutes before meals and before bedtime during the course.
